HP EliteDesk 800 G3 doesn't show any 4K resolution

Hey there, I recently set up Manjaro Linux on an HP EliteDesk 800 G3 and hooked it up to my 4K TV. While I get an image in 1080p just fine, I get no option for 4K. Already tried several drivers, reinstall, etc but nothing worked.

As for the physical connection, the device only has DP and DVI so I used a DP to HDMI adapter.

I already created a system report for easier troubleshooting.

I was doing some more testing, turns out the DP to HDMI adapter I had doesn’t support 4K@60 only, 1080p, even tho the packaging said it does.
