How to use TeamViewer with Wayland (or install Xorg) or AnyDesk?

I just installed Manjaro Gnome on a laptop, the latest version, and it comes with Wayland. TeamViewer does not work with Wayland and AnyDesk is unable to connect to the network although I can access the Web with Firefox. What can I do to access this laptop from a remote Manjaro laptop?

You can switch to Xorg.

Uncomment WaylandEnable=false in /etc/gdm/custom.conf

Or just select the Gnome on Xorg session from GDM.
