How to update package on Manjaro community?

TeXstudio, which is on Manjaro community(not core or extra) has updated to 3.1.2, but the packager has not update it, I want to make an update myself but don’t know how to do it.

Manjaro community repository should update in the same manner as other repositories when new packages are available

At this time, v 3.1.2 of this package has only been updated on unstable branch

Thanks! Well I want to know if I have a package and wrote a PKGBUILD, where can I put it into Manjaro’s software repository?
