How to resolve Caps Lock key is mapped to Ctrl + Shift?

When i am programming with IDEA or VSCode ,if I set Caps Lock on , it will always toggle some shortcut combine with Ctrl + Shift +xx，becouse Caps Lock is mapped to Ctrl + Shift.
Someone help please!

Go back where you configured that binding and remove it…?

Does the binding also applies outside of IDEA and VSCode? You can use the following to check how the keyboard reacts:

I found the reason. Beacuse I use vnc control my laptop, if I set Caps Lock on , and then just press the key of a (Ctrl + Shift + a is screenshot on my laptop)，it will toggle screenshot on my laptop. When I use my laptop directly everything is ok!
