How to prevent a black wallpaper to occur in the Manjaro KDE case if I have to switch HDMI inputs or turn off the TV?

Is there any way to prevent this from happening from either switching HDMI inputs to turning off the screen while having your own wallpapers?

AFAIK the wallpaper is not supposed to change when you switch monitors…
