How to make windows spotify shortcuts work on manjaro?

I transferred from Windows 10 to Manjaro and am happy with it. When I opened spotify (pamac build spotify), I noticed that not only I can’t turn it to offline mode, enable hardware acceleration, the ctrl+right arrow (and left) are not working. How should I fix this? Sorry for my grammar.

This is the only thing I can offer any advice on, because I don’t use spotify, but considering that you’re using Plasma as your desktop environment, chances are that Ctrl and Ctrl are already bound to another function.

Normally in Plasma, Ctrl and Ctrl are by default set up to jump to the next/previous word. If you don’t want that, then you can reassign those key combinations, or maybe set up different ones for spotify.

That said, spotify is an AUR package, and it is not maintained by any of the Manjaro developers. So if there really is a problem with the package, then your best bet is to contact the package maintainer. :man_shrugging:

I think Spotify keeps its usual shortcuts, but some of those may be overridden by desktop ones.
