How to make GUI apps recognise the themes in tiling window manager?

I use a tiling window manager - qtile. When using XFCE, if I switch to a dark theme, all apps are able to recognise the dark theme, and switch to it, if possible - dark buttons, dark background, etc.

But when using qtile, GUI apps are displayed in light theme, and is there a way to make them recognise the theme. Is there some kind of daemon or something?
