Can anyone help me install Manjaro with BTRFS and timeshift? How can I create subvolume @ and @home?

You simply need to use manual partitioning, and set Btrfs as file system for the root partition. It will use a TimeShift compatible format by default.

All my partitions are ext4, can I remove timeshift and timeshift-autosnap-manjaro?

Manjaro ISO already supports BTRFS in calamares to create the subvolumes @ and @home automatically. timeshift was preinstalled by default.
