If you not updated it then the above shows what you got. After installation you always first should update. Manjaro is a rolling release distro like Arch (which forms the base).
Parallels seems just to ask for the headers linked to the installed kernel.
the only thing I found was the upgrade thru
pacman -Syu
which I did first, but Manjaro is still 6.5.5
As I understand it, the parallels guest tools are only useful within a macOS environment; and only when using Parallels (which is a Mac-only hypervisor).
What are you trying to achieve?
Are you wanting to install macOS within a Linux hypervisor, on a Linux host, or, macOS within a macOS hypervisor, on a Linux host? Please clarify.
Maybe something wrong with your mirrorlist. Then run
sudo pacman-mirrors -f && sudo pacman -Syyu
