How to generate or where to find a nord colored adwaita gtk theme?

I like nord, but the nord gtk themes are always kinda late on updates and don’t theme all gtk4 apps. I like adwaita and what it tries to do but I don’t like its colors. is there a way I could get a nord colored adwaita theme ? can I maybe generate adwaita or change its colors ?

I’m not really sure what a gtk theme “is”, so I’m not sure where to start even with that

The Nordic GTK theme is updated frequently. It’s available in the AUR (Arch User Repository) as nordic-theme-git.

I was using nordic-theme, I switched to nordic-theme-git, maybe this one will be more up to date with gtk4 apps.
