How to enable touchpad gestures in KDE Plasma 5.25?

KDE Plasma 5.25 has said to have these gestures on touchpad:

A four-finger pinch opens the Overview.
A three-finger swipe in any direction will switch between Virtual Desktops.
A downwards four-finger swipe opens Present Windows.
A four-finger upwards swipe activates the Desktop Grid.

but I installed libinput and libinput-gestures, nothing happened. I cannot use these gestures.

Isn’t it that they are only working on Wayland? In another release video it mentions something like that.

Yep. I actually reported a bug that it’s not working and KDE devs closed the bug saying it’s Wayland only feature.
