How to Enable 144hz on Asus Tuff Gaming

Gday from Australia i have an Asus Tuff Gaming 5600 i Laptop .just wondering is it possible to change screen resolution to 144hz .

Open system settings then select display and monitor then select display configuration.
Under refresh rate select 144hz
