How to connect xfce4-mpc plugin to a local playlist?

Hey guys, is it possible to connect music player daemon to a local playlist?

What do you mean by local playlist? It is a frontend to mpd, so you should set up your playlist in mpd.

xfce4-mpc-plugin can be configured to launch a Graphical MPD client
panel-plugins:xfce4-mpc-plugin:start [Xfce Docs]
Right-click panel controls and select Properties
