Your topic title is asking about your imagined solution rather than your actual problem. This leads to enormous amounts of wasted time and energy, both on the part of people asking for help, and on the part of those providing help.

So… yeah, Yochanan is right. What’s your actual problem: do you need to get “fresh installed” OS without an actual reinstallation (full downgrade I guess), acknowledge how to delete specific apps or use them, or bug-fix for something?
Do you mean “freezes”? Do you have enough RAM? Do you have either a swapfile or a swap partition?
A full inxi output would help to diagnose the issue here.
