How do I update the kernel?

Hi I got a message to update the kernel. The message is a banner that fades in from the right screen, but when I click on it, it does nothing, has no link. What kernel version is required? Stable non-beta versions preferred, not an expert on Manjaro.

uname -a ( current kernel )
sudo mhwd-kernel -li
sudo mhwd-kernel -l
man mhwd-kernel
