How do I set the time zone? There's no option in Settings Manager

I’m running the current version of manjaro on a Panasonic CF-31. After a recent bunch of software updates, the time displays and GMT, whereas it should be -4 eastern daylight time. I’ve found older threads indicating that there is a “time and date” category under Settings manager, but I cannot find it. I need to correct the time because it’s preventing me from accessing my bank

Which one? Which edition? Which desktop environment?

again:
which DE?

while correct time is needed - a different timezone should not matter.
the actual time is still the same
the system time might be off by seconds or minutes - not synchronized

Since you assume we know your desktop environment, I will assume you’re using KDE Plasma.
Under System Settings > Date & Time > Time Zone.

I’m sorry, that wasn’t enough information. I’m running Manjaro 24 Vulcan and XFCE. My local time is 17:07 but the time is current’y showing as 13:07.

manjaro-settings-manager (either from the menu or as terminal command)
→ time and date ?

It is in the manjaro settings manager in the settings.

Find your time zone in: timedatectl list-timezones

And set it, e.g.: timedatectl set-timezone Antarctica/South_Pole

There used to be a manjaro-settings-manager-kcm. kcm’s being plugins for plasma system settings.
There is not anymore.
But there is still Manjaro Settings Manager itself.
