Short answer: You don’t.

Longer answer: One can install Manjaro ARM on a PinePhone and PinePhone Pro, however ARM development is currently not active.

You might check out postmarketOS as an alternative that supports quite a few mobile devices and has active development.

I’m running postmarketOS on a PinePhone. Personally I’m very happy with it.
