How do i install kde plasma 5.27 beta in manjaro?

https://packages.manjaro.org/?query=plasma-desktop
Shows Kde-Unstable repo has 5.26.5

Wait until it is integrated into Arch.
After that, it’s quickly available in unstable.

Says arch ships plasma 5.27 beta with kde-unstable repo

Sorry my question was not clear enough. I’m asking about beta

Arch kde-unstable repository is not showing new beta version available yet
Arch Linux - plasma-desktop 5.26.90-2 (x86_64)

There is the kde-unstable repo side-by-side with core.

http://mirror.easyname.at/manjaro/unstable/kde-unstable/x86_64/

Something like this in pacman.conf - remember to place it before community

Note this comment

Which mentions the transition to qt6 which - according to the maintainer is still WIP - being the reason the repo has not been updated to 5.27 yet

[kde-unstable]
Include = /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist

Everytime I try to switch to kde-unstable I get a ton of GPGME errors. I have tried doing keyrings, mirrors and everything I can find online to fix it but nothing allows me to get around the error.

Any tips? I even made every package sig level to Optional TrustAll

KDE 5.27 is available in normal Testing branch repositories. No need for Unstable now.

I see that now. For some reason, I was miss reading repo list link others have posted (won’t let me post links as I am probably too new) and it looked like unstable was on 5.27.2 and testing was 5.27.1 but that isn’t the case. I will switch to the testing branch thanks!

using kde-unstable is really for the brave.

those other just go for the ordinary unstable repo

what’s weird is that my raspberry pi devices (I have 1 of each generation) all updated to 5.27 but my main desktop is still on 5.26.5

That’s because ARM and x86_64 are using different update frequencies.
