How do I implement fingerprint sensor?

Hi, New to Linux, so sorry if this is a silly question.

I have set up fprintd and managed to Create fingerprint signature using the guide on the ArchWiki

But am not sure how to implement it in KDE Plasma so I can use the fingerprint signature rather than having to type in my password every time.

(I also set it up so I didn’t have to log in on startup, how would I change that?).

This feature is not yet implemented in the Plasma desktop environment.
