Since the Btrfs Assistant runs with root, its color theme is determined by the theme of the root account. However, I would like to avoid having to switch to the root account just to change the theme. Is there another way to configure the complete change in the Btrfs Assistant?

The only way I can think of would be to copy over the pertinent files with the theme information from your home directory to the equivalent directories under /root — most notably ~/.config/plasmarc, as well as any custom color schemes you have under ~/.local/share/color-schemes.
