How can i Install Xampp or lampp in My Manjaro..?

I’m a developer and I love Manjaro, unfortunately, I can’t install WordPress like things in lampp it says permission denied,…blah blah … I’m so fed of this…please help … even some MySQL drops error like permission denied to create file/folder…etc

xampp is available in the AUR (Arch User Repository).
