When I install Microsoft fonts from AUR (ttf-ms-fonts to be specific) home icon in the terminal stops showing.

Last time I haven’t found the solution and I just removed the package and it became normal. Is there a way to fix this?
No.
Although some think not - installing Microsoft fonts is actually a copyright violation - so I suggest you remove the package.
