Hello, I am in a situation, where when connecting to a specific router my computer cannot get a stable internet connection (both wi-fi and ethernet cable). When connecting to other routers, I don’t have this problem.
This is not a problem with the router, because: other devices don’t have any issues with that router, I booted a fresh manjaro from usb on the same computer and the network was stable
How I determine, that the connection is not stable:
ping -4 8.8.8.8
PING 8.8.8.8 (8.8.8.8) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from 8.8.8.8: icmp_seq=1 ttl=250 time=52.5 ms
64 bytes from 8.8.8.8: icmp_seq=2 ttl=250 time=38.0 ms
64 bytes from 8.8.8.8: icmp_seq=3 ttl=250 time=43.7 ms

rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 37.680/82.058/229.658/74.204 ms
The packed loss is high, also when browsing the internet it is really laggy. The problem seems to only occur with IPv4.
On IPv6 the connection is stable:

Additional fact, that I want to mention is that when I connect to my work VPN, the problem sort of fixes it self. Connection is stable, packet loss is 0, but I dont pass a cloudflare check on most of the private websites I need VPN for (I dont get this problem, when connecting to other routers / mobile hotspot)
I probably could reinstall the OS, but id like to avoid that.
Have you ever seen such case and maybe you have some suggestions on how to fix it?
