Hello kind people!
Please help me set up HP scanner (USB HP ScanJet 300).
I don’t have (or I don’t see) in main menu scanner section.
I have already set up my HP printer, but scanner I can’t.
If I try to use my scanner (connect it by USB cord) and start “Document Scanner” program I get this message:
“hp-uiscan: No device connected.”
If I run lsusb - I can see this:
“Bus 001 Device 016: ID 03f0:026a HP, Inc L830-EB
Bus 001 Device 026: ID 03f0:1d05 HP, Inc HP Scanjet 300”
I use Manjaro 21.0.1 with kernel v. 5.9 and 5.11 (other PC).
Please help me!
