Help needed. OpenVPN can't connect to TP-Link router OpenVPN server

I am looking for help on connecting to the OpenVPN server in TP-Link router.

I got the following when using “nmcli connection up” to bring up an imported ovpn file which is working on Windows, iOS, macos using “OpenVPN Connect” app. The log shows connection timeout without details. Not sure where to start troubleshooting.

To be honest, I am new in Manjaro, I googled but didn’t get solution before posting on this forum.
I would appreciate for any help for troubleshooting tips, steps etc…
