Headless guide (wifi, ssh)

I’m trying to install Pi 4B headless.

From trawling the webs, the Pi makers say to place a /boot/wpa_supplicant.conf which will be taken up and moved by raspberrypi-net-mods.service.

But it no workey for me.

Is this archived post still the canonical way to install headless in 2021? (Things may have changed - network device is coming up as wlo1 instead)

I do not use WiFi but the archived post seems correct : you have to write a conf file in /etc/wpa_supplicant/, but don’t forget to enable WiFi via systemd (the last command : ln -s …)

The first link you gave us is for Debian, not for Manjaro: on Debian the conf file is located in /boot.
