That’s the issue: IIRC the HDMI port on a Lenovo is driven by the nVidia card only, so you need to “switch” to nVidia only to have the TV work as the TV is hooked up to the HDMI port…

OR - I can help you get rid of the AMD driver and run in pure nVidia mode which doesn’t pose any of these problems and the way I’m running as I like simplicity…
