Having trouble downloading Windows .iso and burning it to a USB drive

Hello, I have installed Manjaro on my brand new laptop, and I removed Windows as well. I am having trouble getting Manjaro working, so at the very least I need to reinstall Windows in order to do work. I have tried several methods for burning the Windows .iso file to a USB drive, but none of them have worked. I have checked the integrity of the .iso file and it checks out. I have to attend a webinar tomorrow and I would prefer to have Windows running by then.

This is where I got the iso file from:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO

These are the 3 methods I tried:

ventoy didn’t work?
you install it to your USB key
once installed, you reconnect your key
and from the filemanager simply copy the iso to the device
you can add more than one iso, provided that there is enough space on the device
then boot from that USB key
… the windows iso will be an option to select to boot from

Perhaps I read the forum wrong, let me try again keeping the process you said in mind.

I didn’t hit your links, but the easiest way is with woeusb or woeusb-git. I use ventoy, myself, but woeusb is easier.

EDIT. Remember to actually click the listed USB Drive. Even if it’s the only one listed. Looks like it’s selected, but it really isn’t until you click it. Then the option to burn it will light up.
