Have an empty desktop, how to reset KDE?

I did a clean install of Manjaro with KDE and and really like it’s progress since last using KDE around 25 years ago. I changed the the desktop to a dark screen for my failing eyesight and it asked me if I want to change the global desktop. Since I have no other users, I said yes. Now when I reboot all I get is a an empty desktop with no dock. Prior to this, I had it working perfectly with CUPS printing and Wifi after days of research, so I do not want to lose the install.

Can someone tell me how to reset KDE? I saw a post with a solution to it, but it assumes I have access to terminal etc. The only thing that works is right click mouse to see the context menu. I am booting from a USB to access Manjaro. Should I bit the bullet and reinstall from my ISO?

Operating System: Manjaro Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.87.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2
Kernel Version: 5.13.19-2-MANJARO (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: X11
Processors: 4 × Intel® Core™ i3-5005U CPU @ 2.00GHz
Memory: 3.8 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® HD Graphics 5500

Is it Plasma’s context menu? It should have “Add Panel” submenu.

SO easy. Thanks.
