Hardware (h264/h265) decoding on Khadas VIM3 with Manjaro and Linux kernel 5.13.5

Is it possible to perform hardware decoding on Manjaro with Linux 5.13.5?
I couldn’t find anything on it.

I’m not sure. I have one but only use it headless. @spikerguy takes care of the vim3. I only do the RPi’s and they do real well with kodi-rpi.

There is no hw acceleration for amlogic yet. Vpu driver are not fully stable yet.
