GRUB: Windows boot option disappeared all of a sudden

Hello everyone

As the title says really. I’ve been dual booting for more than a year and everything has been working fine. But the past couple of days, I’ve noticed that that initial GRUB screen doesn’t come up any more, so today I wanted to boot into Windows, and I can’t!

I got the GRUB menu to show by holding down the Shift key, but the Windows option is no longer there!

I haven’t touched anything, so I’m not sure why this would change.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Login in to your Manjaro system, run the mentioned command and reboot.

I just updated Manjaro settings then went into command line

su
*entered password*
os-prober
update-grub

Windows restored in grub
