Grub rescue, no such partition

I’ve installed ,as dual boot, Manjaro and grub bootloader on root partition (/).
In Windows I’ve changed disk partition using dish management (not the linux partition, just a partition beside the ext4 partition).
Now after selecting manjaro from Windows boot manager, it says
#grub rescue
No such partition…

From this video How to Fix Grub Error: No Such Partition. Entering Rescue Mode. Grub Rescue - YouTube (3:41 ) following commands in rescue mode loaded the grub screen, and allowed me to boot into manjaro… :slight_smil :slight_smile: .

However, rebooting and selecting manjaro from Windows boot manager takes me to the same problem. And these commands helps but just for once :frowning:

Please help…

ls
ls (hd0,msdos3)
set boot=(hd0,msdos3)
set prefix=(hd0,msdos3)/boot/grub
insmod normal
normal

After booting into Manjaro, repair grub: GRUB/Restore the GRUB Bootloader - Manjaro

Brother i’ve reinstalled manjaro… :sob::sob:. However now I’m fine… And learned a new trick…

If you are getting grub rescue after installation, then it means that you did something wrong with partitioning and mount points

Do not mount the esp partition as /boot , only mount it as /boot/efi

Since calimari installer is crappy in case of partitions, so it creates a problem with it.
