Grub Rescue: No such device Unknown Filesystem

A linux beginner here.
I have a Dell Vostro 3559 with two HDD with Win10, Pop OS and Ubuntu Installed.
I recently Installed Manjaro but after the installation It always boots up to,
error: no such device:
error: unknown filesystem.
