Grub menu not showing , I have to trigger it manually every time

I have a duel boot [win10-manjaro] i reinstalled manjaro and now grub menu not showing
i have to type this command every time i open my laptop

grub> configfile (hd1,gpt4)/boot/grub/grub.cfg

it gets the job done and takes me to the grub menu but it’s tedious , i guess there is a way not to do this every time.
Note: i get this error thou but it boots up “Error: grub/grubenv not found”
