Mod edit:- As @Yochanan mentioned, it seems someone fixed your formatting for you without leaving a note or an invoice. I have now fixed the fixer’s fix for you. Unfortunately I can’t find my invoice pad. No charge.

It seems someone already fixed your formatting for you without leaving a note…

Have you added this tutorial to your bookmarks yet?

Please also see:

The config is probably not where the problem is. I guess reinstalling grub will not hurt… - https://wiki.manjaro.org/index.php/GRUB/Restore_the_GRUB_Bootloader - but it will be really helpful if you say what exactly have you done beforehand.

Installed Void on another drive.

So if we assume void overwrote something by the install, reinstalling the manjaro grub from a live usb is the most probable and easy solution.

sudo update grub will also work, right?

no , you have to restaure Grub from manjaro

@stephane Crap, sorry I accidentally flagged you. Tried to unflag, but I can’t.

It’s easy to click the wrong item, but it appears one wasn’t actually raised, otherwise I would have seen a notification; having checked the logs, there is no sign of a flag. :man_shrugging:
