Graphical glitches on the right side of the screen

there was probably something introduced in the newer kernels thats causing it…
try adding this parameter:

Linux 5.19: Display refresh rate is very low (about 0.25 fps)

try adding the following parameter by opening this file: kate /etc/default/grub and in this line: GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT inside the quotes add this parameter: i915.enable_psr=0 dont remove anything from there!, just add it to existing parameters, save the file, update grub: sudo update-grub reboot and test if you still have the issue, post logs: journalctl -b0 -p4 --no-pager

probably will not help, since the 5.15 kernel runs without problems… but give it a try
