Is your machine drunk?

I think so

What do you think of this

The internet is not working correctly. Do you use some kind of sketchy VPN or proxy? Did you modify your connection in anyway?

And why is this output to garbled?

The command is sudo pacman -Syyu ← Note the spaces.

Did you type all that by hand? Try this:

pacman-mirrors --geoip > ~/pacman-mirrors_output.txt

…That should print the command output to a text file in your home directory. Then copy/paste the text from that file here instead.

I’m sorry about the output because i just installed the os i don’t have something on my laptop i just take pictures of the output and make copy that why theres some Mistakes and i just connected with my wifi and sorry about my English

Sorry about that it just Mistakes in copying

I see. Which Manjaro distribution have you installed? (Your English is better than many fluent speakers on this forum  )

For reference: Pacman Mirrors.

You might try a later installer - Yours is about 9 months old.

Manjaro 23.0 is available to download, and you could choose a specific ISO for your needs; for example, KDE Plasma, XFCE, or Gnome.

Most likely a time problem. SSL needs the correct time.

Check:

timedatectl

Enable online time update:

timedatectl set-ntp true
