This doesn’t seem to make any difference set to on or off. No applications ever are listed as gaining camera access. Used Cheese, Guvcviw and Zoom & the camera security setting seems unimplimented.

I can file a bug report with the best of them… do you think this IS a bug? Worth reporting?
