I recently noticed that when I try to minimize any window (browser, terminal, etc.) it does not respect the minimize, and actually stays open. I have disabled all extensions and I am seeing the same thing. A restart appears to fix things (with extensions re-enabled), so not sure what is running that is preventing this from working correctly.
