I am in the testing branch. I am not sure what information I should provide, so please ask.
When I move a window to the second display, or if a window opens in the second display, then gnome desktop crashes and after 2 seconds of a black screen, gnome login appears and I can login into my account
I would like to add that I am in the testing branch, I think a recent update might have caused this.
Can you reproduce the issue after disabling all extensions and logging out?
Gnome seems to have disabled all extensions automatically after it crashed a few times.
The issue still persists.

Hmm, might be related to the issue with hybrid graphics posted in today’s Testing Update thread. Perhaps try downgrading xorg-server
:
With xorg-server 1.20.12-1 my HDMI connected external monitor stopped working.
I can boot and log in with disconnected HDMI. When I connect the HDMI monitor I get back to SDDM greeter and when I try to login again the screen hangs at load animation. Here Xorg.0.log from that session.
If I boot with connected HDMI and login at SDDM the screen hangs at load animation as well.
After downgrading
[2021-07-11T18:41:05+0200] [ALPM] downgraded xorg-server-common (1.20.12-1 -> 1.20.11-1)

Which command would that be exactly? I don’t want to mess it up.
See Downgrading packages - Manjaro
sudo downgrade xorg-server xorg-server-common
Choose 1.20.11 for both packages.

Yeah this seems to have fixed the problem. So should I upgrade these packages when a newer version comes out?
Yes. Hopefully the next release will contain a fix.
