GNOME 43: cannot get to gdm or even tty after plymouth

I have a latptop with i915 only, encypted btrfs.
After GNOME 43 update cannot get to gdm login screen. Even cannot switch to ttys by ctrl-alt-fX. In text non-splash mode - just black screen with cursor. How can I diagnose? Right now I reverted to timeshift snapshot.

Best is always to wait for a daily ISO shipping Gnome 43 for testing …

Maybe this issue is related: FS#76368 - [gdm] gdm doesn’t display after mutter upgrade to 43
