I think I have an idea:
Maybe it could work, if a special command, or more gets started automatically when the system is booting.
I hope it makes sense what i am writing.
So the question is what commands are needed and how they can gets startet automatically while or after booting.
Any ideas?
I know how to reproduce it: it happens often if I move my mouse over left up corner (currently having traditional layout). IT stucks and hangs- mouse does not react anymore on selected frame, but can move over.
Disable activities hot corner (some extension provide this)?
The version 43 of Dash To panel works in testing too and would fix your issues, afaik.
