GitLab Registration / Support Email Down

Hello, I was trying to report an issue on the Manjaro GitLab today, but I saw that registration was disabled. The banner suggested emailing support@manjaro.org, but my message to this address was returned as undeliverable:

support@manjaro.org: host mail1.manjaro.org[142.132.176.110] said: 550 5.1.1
<*******@***********>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual
mailbox table (in reply to RCPT TO command)

I’m still interested in registering a GitLab account, but I also wanted to report that users are being directed to an out-of-service email account.

Is a new process in place, or has registration truly been closed?

As I understand it, new registrations were closed due to heightened instances of spam, however, new applications could still be made manually via email.

There are currently issues with the email server and @philm is aware.

We have two email servers, one old one and one new one. The newer has not all email addresses set up, since I’m busy with other projects. I can try to power it off to see if that helps, so only the older server is active.
