Especially the Linux has multiple kernels section, then try an LTS kernel and see if the problem goes away automagically.
If not:
Reboot
Immediately play the game until the issue happens
Quit the game
Execute this:
journalctl --system --boot=0 --priority=4 | grep --ignore-case Xbox360
Post the output please.
