Games wont run after upgrading GPU To RTX 3060

I used to have an AMD card with opensource drivers, everything was running just fine
but after I upgrade to RTX 3060 non of my games booted

EDIT :
i forgot to mention that the games are installed on a shared NTFS drive between windows and manjaro and it was working just fine before me changing the gpu

I did a fresh installation of manjaro but still nothing
