Hi! I’ve been having issues with only certain games. They were using my iGPU only, and now that I have set my dGPU as the sole renderer (using the ArchWiki, they crash with the following error

X Error of failed request: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
Major opcode of failed request: 149 ()
Minor opcode of failed request: 4
Serial number of failed request: 304
Current serial number in output stream: 309

Today I tried to run Star Citizen and succeeded. However, when I start the game I get a prompt telling me that my default GPU (dGPU) is less powerful than another GPU it found (my iGPU, which is of course way less powerful). If I tell it to launch with the default GPU anyway, it works fine. If I allow it to switch to the iGPU, it crashes with the above error

Is there a way to completely cut off my iGPU so that absolutely nothing recognises it? (I’ve checked my BIOS options, no luck). Or to simply be able to tell a game to actually use my dGPU?

Tried to use optimus-manager instead of my current solution and it broke my install. After uninstalling it, I’m no longer having this issue… oh well!
