Galaxy book flex internal speaker not working

Hi everyone,
I would like to ask support in troubleshooting audio.
I installed manjaro GNOME on a Samsung Galaxy Book Flex, everything is working fine including the S pen!

Problem
The only problem is about audio, in particular from internal speakers; bluetooth headphones (Galaxy Buds Pro) work fine.
I tried:

  • reproduction of youtube videos on google chrome and on firefox
  • speaker-test command
  • gnome settings test

Speakers are not working in all mentioned cases.
Built-in microphone is working!!

What I tried to solve the problem
Trying to solve the problem I followed the guide: how to set up the audio card in samsung galaxy book (forum is not allowing me to share the url) in this forum, but speakers are still not working.
Actually I was not able to follow all the steps in the guide, because the alsa-base file, mentioned in step 6, does not exist.
I tried to further search on the forum, but all the post I found proposed solutions already involved in the previously linked guide.
alsamixer
On alsamixer sof-hda-dsp is available as audio card and after selecting it I raised all the volumes, but still no sound.
I hope that what I provided is enough for you to give some suggestions.

Yup. Exactly the same problem here. Actually it doesn’t matter which linux distribution you have, sound speakers won’t work. Also not sure who should fix this… samsung or linux community?

I tried Arch, Manjaro and NuTyX and lots of forums tips but nothing seems to work

the alsa-base file, mentioned in step 6, does not exist.

File /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf exists on Mint and Ubuntu but not on Arch or Arch-based distributions

ALSA developers at bugzilla.kernel.org can create a Kernel patch if the modprobe model option works
or if there is a working sequence of hda-verbs

ALSA developers cannot work out the correct hda-verbs needed for every laptop model
Users with unpatched hardware can get a working configuration of hda-verbs from a Windows sound driver running in a virtual machine
