You need to wait for the Arch package to reach the Manjaro repository with the usual flow of updates
There could me more exotic way, like installing the package directly from Arch, but it depends on the case, this time could be safe because that qt5 package version is the same of qt5-base in Manjaro stable now (5.15.2-1)
I don’t see this package in Manjaro repos nor AUR, I think it’s in normal Arch repos. You might be required to install it the classical way from here:
That’s because it’s only in the unstable repo currently. It replaces python-pyqtwebwengine as there’s now python-pyqt5-webengine and python-pyqt6-webengine.
