Floating KDE panel sits below screen edge

After the update today on Testing, The bottom panel , when switched to floating, is below the screen. Switching floating off fixes it. Is this a me problem or a KDE bug?

KDE Plasma v 6.0.5
KDE Frameworks v 6.3.0

Lot of KDE Plasma issues

• The entire SDDM theming broke.
• Floating panels float out of the sceen only halfway visible.
• Shutdown and reboot from KDE controls will get stuck. Desktop goes black. if GUI applications where still running, those will still be visible.
  Need to switch to tty and shutdown with sudo shutdown -h now.
• Lock screen (Meta+L not SDDM) will not allow custom background.

EDIT:
Just created a new user, to see if anything is related to my users settings. It’s not, all of the above affects a new account just the same way.

[Testing Update] 2024-07-14 - Kernels, Nvidia DOWNGRADE, Firefox, LibreOffice, Pipewire

The plasma-workspace package was pushed, run the update. Refresh database if it doesn’t show in pamac.
