Flatpak and Software integration?

Why does the Pamak app not support flatpak while the official Gnome software app supports it? I have to install the Gnome software app in order to install flatpaks while also using the Pamak app for official repos and AUR. Is there a way to have everything in one place with only one software application?

No, but apparently you do need to install this:

$ pacman -Ss pamac-flatpak
extra/pamac-flatpak-plugin 9.5.12-1
    Flatpak plugin for Pamac
